The breakfast game needs some fine-tuning. On my second morning, I got down there at 9:30 a.m., and most of the food was cleaned out beforehand. I even asked for a refill on the popular dishes and was told they weren't making more, a bit frustrating. Prices felt off for what the place offered, considering it didn't have standout amenities or room service that justified the rate above $200. The tear between expectation and reality with the bathroom tissue left much to be desired. A few extra bucks for something decent would have made a difference.

The room was brand-new, had comfy and included a microwave and a fridge. Location: the hotel was really close to restaurants, shopping and tourist sites, and tourist sites;)))

The hotel with incredibly comfortable rooms, in a good area, in the middle of jackson. Breakfast with fresh apples and including fresh apples, for instance. The staff was very welcoming, the location was great.

This place was a lifesaver for our family trip! The indoor pool was a hit, and we enjoyed a really nice variety of breakfast each day. Everything felt clean and well-kept. Can't wait to come back!

I really enjoyed my 3-night stay! The room was spacious and had all the essentials. Each morning, the breakfast hit the spot with different options. It was a bummer that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but other than that, everything was smooth sailing!

The hotel is fairly clean with great and polite staff members. Soft beds, central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave oven in the room. A lot of goodies for breakfast. the pool area is nice too. Everything well-maintained.
